Samaras Hostel. From all students who want to get admission in Ahmedabad, Bhuj, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Anand, Himmatnagar and Patan Samras Kumar and Kanya Hostels for the academic year. Online applications are invited till 09/202. Admission will be given on the basis of merit on the basis of percentage of Std-12 and percentage of undergraduate courses in the postgraduate courses (percentage of admission to the university) to get new admission in any year or semester in all undergraduate courses. (Note: Student should have got 50% or more marks.) • Renewed students who got admission in previous year in Samaras Hostel will also have to apply online compulsorily. Renewed students of Group-2 and Group-2 who want to stay in the hostel for the second year should have obtained 5% or more marks in the percentage of last two semesters (SPI - Semester Performance Index) in the last annual examination as per the university approved calculation. In case where gradation is given instead of percentage, there should be equivalent gradation of 5% or more. Percentage will be 50% for renewed students of group-1. The right to admission cannot be claimed on the basis of the online application made by the student. Since the provisional merit list for admission has been published on the basis of online application, the students appearing in it will have to verify the original certificates at the respective Samaras Hostel within the period indicated on the website.
