According to the above subject and context, to state that due to the situation of Kovid-19 in the academic year 2061-9, as per the decision taken by the Government, online education work under Home Learning was started from 08/06/2021. After that,
as the situation improved, according to the decision taken by the government, direct educational work has been started in schools from 19/06/2001 to Std-12 and from 9/06/2021 to Std-9 to 11 schools. Under normal circumstances, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board prepares a school activity calendar every year and its details are sent to the secondary and higher secondary schools recognized by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education through the District Education Officers. Due to the prevailing situation of Covid 19, the school activity calendar could not be fixed by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education for the academic year 2021-2. The school activity calendar is frequently questioned by schools. With the approval of the Government obtained on the reference file, the details of the days of the academic session, details of the date of the examination, instructions about the examinations, days of vacation, details of public holidays as well as details of the Board's examination dates are sent along with it. Instructions for the exams: The above exams should be taken as follows.
1. All these exams will be taken offline. But due to the situation of Kovid-12, if any decision is taken by the government in this regard, it will have to be taken offline / online accordingly. .
No reduction will be made in the syllabus of Std. 9 to 12 for the academic year 2021-1. . The syllabus for the first examination of Std-9 to 12 will be from June to September.
There will be a complete syllabus for prelim examination of standard 10 and 12. .
The syllabus will be from June to January for the second examination of Std-9 and 11. There will be 90% of the syllabus from June to September and 50% of the syllabus from October to January. . There will be a complete syllabus for Std-10 and 12 board exams as well as Std-9 and 11 annual exams.
