• રાજ્યના ધોરણ-૧ર બોર્ડની વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષાઓ તા.૧ જુલાઇ ર૦ર૧ ગુરુવારથી યોજાશે.૬.૮૩ લાખ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ભાવિ કારકીર્દી ઘડતર માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણય
• દર વર્ષની પ્રસ્થાપિત પ્રણાલિ મુજબ વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ ભાગ-૧ માં પ૦ ગુણની બહુવિકલ્પ MCQ OMR પદ્ધતિ અને ભાગ-ર માં વર્ણનાત્મક લેખિત સ્વરૂપની પ૦ ગુણની પરીક્ષા એમ ત્રણ કલાકની પરીક્ષા યોજાશે
• સામાન્ય પ્રવાહમાં પ્રસ્થાપિત પ્રણાલિ મુજબ ૧૦૦ ગુણની વર્ણનાત્મક લેખિત પરીક્ષા લેવાશે
• વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પોતાની શાળાના નજીક પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર મળી રહે-કોરોના કાળમાં વધુ દૂરના અંતરે પરીક્ષા આપવા જવુ ન પડે તે માટે વધુ પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રો શરૂ કરાશે
• કોરોના સંબંધિત કે અન્ય અનિવાર્ય કારણોસર પરીક્ષામાં ગેરહાજર રહેનારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે મૂળ પરીક્ષાના રપ દિવસ બાદ તમામ વિષયોની નવેસરથી નવા પ્રશ્નપત્ર અને નવા સમય સાથે પરીક્ષા યોજાશે
• વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં કોરોના સંક્રમણ ન ફેલાય તે માટે એક વર્ગખંડમાં વધુમાં વધુ ર૦ પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ પરીક્ષા આપશે
• સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ, ફરજીયાત માસ્ક તેમજ થર્મલ ગન સેનિટાઇઝર સહિતની વ્યવસ્થા સુનિશ્ચિત કરાશે

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) cancelled SSC (Class 10) Exams 2021 that was scheduled to hold this month owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. The decision was announced on Thursday in the core committee meeting chaired by CM Vijay Rupani. The committee further announced the mass promotion to the class 10 students.

Earlier, the state government had decided to release the revised date sheet of Class 10 and class 12 board exams on or after May 15, after reviewing the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Taking to the Twitter handle, CM Rupani wrote, "An important decision was taken today in the wider interest of the students of Std-10 SSC of the state. Considering the current state of transition of the corona, the decision to give adequate mass promotion to regular students in Std-10 SSC this year was taken in the core committee meeting held today."
