situation of Kovid-19, in the academic year 2020/21, direct educational work could not start in the schools from June 2020. The study of students under ‘Home Learning’ was continued. As per the decision made by the Government, direct educational work has been started in schools from 11/01/2021 for Std-10 and 12 and for Std-9 and 11 from 01/02/2021.
Generally, every year the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education prepares an "Educational Activity Calendar" at the beginning of the academic year and sends it to the schools. In which the details of various examinations are shown. Due to the situation of Kovid-19, the educational activity calendar could not be prepared this year. As per the approval of the Government obtained on the single file here, the first examination of Std-9 to 12 in the academic year 2020/21 as well as the annual examination of Std-9 and 11 will have to be organized by the school level in the following details.
In the situation of Kovid-19, the question papers of Std-9 to Std-12 school examinations for the academic year 2020-21 have to be prepared at the school level as per the format and merit declared by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. So that as per the plan shown in the table above, for the first examination of Std-1 to Std-12, as per the syllabus of the school, on the basis of the question paper format of the annual examination announced by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, as well as all the chapters conducted at school level get proper justice.

Accordingly, question papers will have to be prepared at the school level by determining the merit per chapter. Question papers have to be prepared at school level as per the 70% syllabus announced by the board for the annual examination of Std-9 and Std-11 as well as the question paper format of the annual examination and the details of merit per chapter.
